waited a solid 20 mins past my appointment time even though i had filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker honestly. the doctor was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, checked everything thoroughly and explained things clearly without making me feel rushed. the front desk girl was friendly enough but kind of scatterbrained, she forgot to tell me about the warranty on my frames until i was already walking out the door. i got a pretty good deal on a new pair of glasses becuase of a promotion they had running so I cant complain too much. the office itself was clean and everything felt modern wich i liked.... read full review

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have repaired my glasses twice. Most recently, one of the screws fell out, and they replaced it and adjusted my glasses in less than five minutes.
Alim helped me and was extremely kind. My glasses are now in perfect condition. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m truly grateful that they have saved my glasses twice. Thank you so much!

Nondescript storefront sandwiched between Walgreens and PizzaTime, Boca Family Eye Care (East) offers the most important thing for any business — superlative customer service. Miriam and Alim could not be more pleasant and helpful. They made the entire purchase experience a pleasure.
