One word - AMAZING! I can go on and on and tell you how caring the doctor and staff are, how talented Dr Bauman is, how beautiful the facility is, but I’d rather not. Even though that is 100% true. I’d rather tell you that I spent three years educating myself on hair transplants on YouTube, Google, and anyone else that I met that had one. As something so big as a life-changing procedure, it doesn’t matter if you are the most confident person in the world. You can still worry and are apprehensive about the whole process and journey. The whole group at Bauman Medical treated me like I was their family. ALWAYS, making it about me and never feeling rushed. Nightly calls by Dr Bauman were the icing on the cake. Not one time did it feel like he had a bunch of calls to make and he was going to check my name off the list after our call. EVERY SINGLE TIME, he spoke to me like I was his brother that just had the procedure and was extremely interested and wanted to know any thoughts or concerns I may have had. Because Bauman Medical Group is world class at what they do, there were never any concerns.
