Had a groomer cut my dogs paw pad, glued her paws together trying to fix it and not tell me.
It was the end of the day, but when I called Sorana was so kind and helpful and told me they would fit me in. Both her and Dr Hemphill took great care of my baby even staying after closing time. Great customer service
It was a really good experience, our doctor was a very nice lady, her hair is half purple, she was very patient, answer all my questions about my dog, I really recommend her. And she cured him in 3 days...basicly he was better. Really a good vet.
I love Banfield of West Boca (uptown boca)! They always accommodate birth my elderly chihuahua apple head and our new puppy who is a mini Dachaund. The Banfield plan is great and we get a lot of use out of it. 10 stars
