I’ve been going to Back Bay for quite some time now. I originally found the salon through Rachel who went above and beyond on my hair every single time. I like to switch colors and styles semi often and she never misses a beat! I recently went elsewhere as, Rachel is currently unavailable, and had by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. Not only was the environment extremely cold and unfriendly but the results of my hair were no where near what I was trying to achieve. I contacted Rachel in my dismay and she helped set up a color correction with Diane the very next day. Diane saved me. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate me last minute... read full review
