My father has been living here and our family has had a very positive experience. The staff is attentive, caring, and always willing to help the residents with whatever they need. You can tell they truly care about the people living there and treat them with respect and kindness.
Since the new management took over, things have improved even more. From the time Justina stepped in, you can clearly see the difference. The staff seems more engaged and attentive, and the overall atmosphere feels more positive.
