Gave myself quite a nice psoas strain injury a couple years ago weightlifting, but over the last couple months the team here has really been able to loosen it up, and ALL the surrounding areas that tightened around it to compensate for the injury. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who hasn't been able to find relief from other methods including PT as they specialize in Advanced Release Techniques (ART) as well as lots of other methods and tech.
