we needed flood lights installed above walk up outside stairs - called them Friday and planned for visit Monday- the estimator (Paul) was knowledgeable, pleasant,professional and efficient- his advice was perfect and price was fair so approved the work! Unlike some he said a down payment was not necessary and then confirmed he could get an installer immediately - Only a short while later the installation had been completed- fantastic service and exactly as promised ( daylight at nighttime)!Probably deleted the invoice they emailed so called customer service and again Terry understood and 5 minutes later have the invoice for our records.This is a first class professional... read full review

Steer clear of this co. In 2020 my A/C supposedly needed to be replaced. I just found out they sold me crap.... Allied unit. They never pulled a permit. Never added a pan at the base which needs to be done during install... I've had multiple problems with the new unit to the tune of every month lots of money .... Earlier this year they never came when I had an emergency ... boss never even called me back. Service person I knew and had number for was out to dinner and ignored me. My one person I knew left the company so I was stuck. Awful!!!! I think I was taken advantage of and sold a lemon.
