I came in during my lunch time from work to get seen by the doctor because I felt sick and needed a prescription. The receptionist and the other employees were nice, attentive, and fast. “I have no idea why they don't get the credit they deserve! I LOVE THIS LOCATION, above all of the pediatric associates locations I've had to visit. I have 6 children coming to this office since they were born. I feel so confident when I call with any concern and they are as concerned as I am. if it merits a specialist visit, it's done. labs, etc. The doctors give you the time of day to listen to your concerns and to address them appropriately. luckily they are affiliated with most specialists and when you access the portal for anything you need, you have it at the tip of your fingers. I don't know why people complain about wait times, phone wait times etc. Everywhere you call, you have wait times! Every doctors office you visit now a days, you have wait times! That's just how it is. But they move very fast and organized in this location. I never have a long wait. Just sit down and look at the beautiful view of the beach and relax. You have a great system when you can do the tele doc and not even go into the office. I do all labs in house. I leave with all of my forms before leaving the office. When my youngest child was born, he was a premie in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I couldn't even find formula. They made sure I had samples and didn't have to go crazy in long lines looking for his formula. The BEST PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES OFFICE!
