When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought in my duvet cover that I had stained with wine and my husband’s work suit. “So, full transparency, I’ve never been to a dry cleaners before. I think maybe once I went to a dry cleaner to see if they could clean a very large blanket that I had, but I don’t even recall, leaving it with them. In any case, as I am fairly new to the neighborhood and am within walking distance, I thought this was a great time to See what this dry cleaning thing was all about. Shortly after my birthday brunch, I noticed one or two very faint smears on my very new and very clean cream-colored knit joggers. I took them in on a Monday or Tuesday and they were ready by Thursday, but I totally forgot and picked it up a few days after. If you ever think you’re going to forget your cleaning slip, my tip is to take a picture of it. They can easily use that if you don’t remember to bring the paper with you. It’s very interesting that your clothes are delivered through an automation task that opens a special window on the outside of the store to let you get your belongings. I will probably wear these pants again to brunch in the near future and either Services again. Thank you!“
