I brought in a formal dress a little less than a week and a half before a wedding I had to attend and inquired about possible alterations to the length and cleaning services for the garment. I didn’t want to put them in a bind by trying to rush the completion of the dress, but was reassured it would be done several days before my actual event. They delivered on their promise and I couldn’t be happier! Not only was the dress impeccably cleaned, but the alterations of it was perfection. When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought in my duvet cover that I had stained with wine and my husband’s work suit.
