Five star experience all around - I first shopped at Morgenthal Frederics Bal Harbour a few months ago when I met Zack (the store manager) and he helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. The experience was so phenomenal and Zack made me feel like a lifelong client from the get-go that I made it a point to wait until I was back in Miami to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses. My second go around Zack helped me find two pairs of prescription glasses that worked really well for my face and frame. Service was top notch once again. The optician on site also made it so easy to get my prescription updated. Go in and ask for Zack!

I enjoyed my visit to Exhale spa located at the Ritz Carlton. I was a little worried about parking but I was able to find a spot at the parking lot under the bridge. There are not that many spots so always a good idea to get there early in case you have to drive around. I think they also validate parking if you use the valet. Once you enter the hotel you need to walk towards the back and then go down the stairs. I registered for their flow yoga class and it what exactly what I needed. The instructor explained and demonstrated all the moves. The room has a nice view of the water and has mirrors all around. The spa is super nice and has several lounging areas. The changing rooms are spacious and have everything you need including hair dryer, lotion, shampoo and cotton pads. I would love to go back to try another class!
