My friend, Kirill, and I have an amazing customer service experience! Andres helped us, resolved all issues, fixed glasses. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We stayed in Miami just for a week and didn't have a lot time but Andres was very professional and timely, no delays even though our glasses were send to manufacture for fixing. Highly recommend this place!

Mila was a lifesaver. Late to a wedding when glasses broke. They were fixed in minutes. You might wish you needed glasses just to experience the joy of this elite and exceptional customer service.

It was a real pleasure shopping at Morgenthal Fredrics in the Bal Harbour Shops. The selection of unique styles and varieties of frames is second to none. Mila and Andres provided extraordinary “world class” service. They were both very patient, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout the purchase and selection process. Knowing just which frames works best. They are both polished professionals and experts. That is the reason I continue to shop with MF. VERY highly recommended. 10 STARS for sure!!!
