I enjoyed my visit to Exhale spa located at the Ritz Carlton. I was a little worried about parking but I was able to find a spot at the parking lot under the bridge. There are not that many spots so always a good idea to get there early in case you have to drive around. I think they also validate parking if you use the valet. Once you enter the hotel you need to walk towards the back and then go down the stairs. I registered for their flow yoga class and it what exactly what I needed. The instructor explained and demonstrated all the moves. The room has a nice view of the water and has mirrors all around. The spa is super nice and has several lounging areas. The changing rooms are spacious and have everything you need including hair dryer, lotion, shampoo and cotton pads. I would love to go back to try another class!
I had the most incredible experience at Exhale Spa Bar. Seriously can’t stop raving about it. The customer service was outstanding.
