The most important reason why I gave it a 10/10 is because from the moment I was kindly greeted to the way the staff genuinely listened to my needs, the experience was seamless. The gentleman who helped me was efficient and professional—he quickly collected my information using a tablet, provided my RX, and explained how the store was organized by frame type and style as he input everything. It made the whole process smooth, informative, and actually enjoyable.
Carol was amazing! She was super helpful, patient, and made the whole process of picking out glasses so easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her honest input and attention to detail. Great experience, thank you, Carol!
My wife and I were skeptical about purchasing glasses at Warby Parker but we decided to give this location a try. We were very pleased overall. Vince, who took care of us, was very pleasant and patient. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He gave us his feedback on the different style frames we tried on.
I would highly recommend this location, and specifically Vince.
