“I have two cats and me and my mother have been taking our two pets here for a while. DVM Erzell is very smart and can answer any questions you have, you can tell she’s been doing this for a long time and has great experience, just by looking at my kittens eyes, she could tell me that he had cataracts due to his mother having a respiratory infection while she was pregnant with him. I only rate it 4 stars though because one time my kitten was under weight but also had worms so they told me to give him no dry food and only wet food (along with medication) and then the next week he lost half a pound and they were like no definitely give him dry food and feed him more you’re feeding him too little. But it could have been a miscommunication. Other than that the staff is very friendly.“

If the answer to my question was not known . I always received a call back .With the answer . Dr Bell , Dr Thomas or someone there would always call & check in on him . At the time of his passing . My extended family @ H.S.V.C was there for me .“
