Pet Resort offers a welcoming environment for dogs, even those who are initially hesitant around people. The staff is known for their kindness and ability to handle pets with care, including administering medication. While visitors praise the staff and services, there have been complaints about difficulty reaching the resort by phone.
I came down with my dog Remi from Grand Rapids Michigan ,and she does not like people until she warms up to them , I warned them ahead of time and April feed her with no problem gave her pills no problem it is like she sensed no fear I was very happy also they let me come and visit , they had everything under control, I can't wait to go next year , I will use them again Thanks again Christopher
Good luck getting this place to answer your calls. It's ridiculous. You basically have to call the vet next door and force them to tell them to pick up the phone. The people who work at the pet resort are very sweet and always nice to us, but not answering the phone is a huge issue. I will gladly remove this review if they improve. Hire more people or keep a phone on you.
First time in this clinic after a move. Every person in the place was pleasant and helpful. ALL questions were answered; they were all so helpful. I have never been in an animal hospital where all the employees are happy to be there. They all LOVE their fur clients. It is refreshing and I have found my babies new vet. Thank you
