SHANICE, MRS.TEE, TAY & KISHA, went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. IT WAS ALMOST HILARIOUS BECAUSE MY PAPERWORK WENT IN AROUND ROBIN? because everyone was eager to assist. They were attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently.

What stood out the most was how much they cared. They didn’t treat me like just another patient or request that needed speedy attention, they treated my request as top priority that needed an immediate satisfiable solution. Their kindness, follow-through, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process completely smooth and reassuring.

Because of this incredible experience, I was so impressed with the office that I made the decision to transfer my daughter’s pediatric care here as well. That alone speaks volumes about the trust and confidence they’ve earned from me.

My son was seen for a head injury that required staples, and we returned 10 days later for removal — we were fortunate to have the same doctor both times, which made the experience even better. “I've been a patient of Bond Clinic going on eight years now. I've seen the outstanding Dr. Eldeeb this whole time for all my interventional procedures and I see his amazing nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey once a month for my medication management plan. I could not be happier with the level of care and service that I receive from everyone in the office from Kennedy at the front desk to Alyssa with my prescriptions, Dr. Eldeeb for all my injections and RFA's and on an ongoing basis with nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey.
