Pool Works has been my pool company for over ten years. Their field personnel are punctual and hard working. Their field managers are extremely effective & knowledgeable. In my opinion, Pool Works is the finest pool maintenance company in all of Polk County!!!
Alvin is a superior associate for Pool Works! He came out to my residence for regular scheduled service and noticed I had some issues with my pool filter cartridge top damaged….I had the parts to fix it but have not the time to fix it myself being busy with everyday life. Alvin called me to see if I cared about him fixing it for me..he did not have to do what he did, he is just my weekly maintenance tech. He created a raving fan as a customer for life! Employees like this are hard to come by! Keep Alvin aboard because he is a reason while customers continue with companies even thought they could be a little led than others! My pool salt cell ceased operating & prior pool maintenance company wasn’t providing a truly satisfactory & comprehensive level of service. Consequently, I changed over to Pool Works for the initial repairs AS WELL AS our ongoing weekly comprehensive pool maintenance & service. The repair technician, David Swares, was knowledgeable, considerate & completed the repair professionally! Looking forward to a great relationship with Pool Works!
