“Nancy is beyond wonderful at what she does! In my 2 week visit to west palm, I had the opportunity to get 3 deep tissue/maternity massage that truly helped my blood flow and aid in the stagnant parts in my body to help the energy flow and not feel blocked. With deep tissue and very old muscle knots does come bruising and may be alarming for a first timer, rest assured this is normal and a good sign that old knots are being broken down so you can maintain the energy flow yourself on a daily basis without regular intense bruising.
