“I have been getting massages regularly for 25 years and I can tell you that in the last 20 Rose is the only one who has been able to work on my back (permanent injury) without causing pain. For 20 years I had to avoid it because no one listened and worked with me. I have been with Rose exclusively for 16 months and I see her every 2 weeks. She begins and ends each session asking how I feel, and always asks if any particular area should be avoided or needs extra work. Her attitude is always pleasant and her smile is contagious. “I have been to 3 other chiropractors, done physical training, and gotten massages and could never get my back quite right as I had a bad herniated disk causing me issues. I’ve watched some YouTube videos and found Dr Johnson’s videos online and noticed that people were getting seminars to do his treatment.Low and behold I google ring dinger and find Dr Lamperski is only an hour away from me. I drove up and gave the ring dinger a shot. All I can say is that my pain is virtually gone, I have more energy now, and I feel like I can move as well as I did in high school.I’m not one to give lengthy reviews, so just believe when I say it helped me. From the moment you call or walk in and encounter Rachel (front desk) a soft-spoken, courteous, and extremely informative young lady, to the initial in-depth evaluation with Dr. Fernando which leaves you with all questions answered, a clear understanding of expectation vs. actual results. Let's get to the PTs Naine and Lorraine, these girls are just incredible. The dedication, support, and therapy they provide are unmatched. My husband managed to break not one, but four bones in his leg (one being his Fibula). This was in July and we are now in September, and he is walking with very little assistance of his cane. We never expected to have gotten so far in such little time. This we owe to everyone in Effective Physical Therapy. I walk around with their card in my purse in the event I come across someone who may need assistance. In my 2 week visit to west palm, I had the opportunity to get 3 deep tissue/maternity massage that truly helped my blood flow and aid in the stagnant parts in my body to help the energy flow and not feel blocked. With deep tissue and very old muscle knots does come bruising and may be alarming for a first timer, rest assured this is normal and a good sign that old knots are being broken down so you can maintain the energy flow yourself on a daily basis without regular intense bruising. “By far the best massage I have ever had!! And i have had alot! Guzel was so professional and polite and took her time to ask me what my problem areas were and made sure i was comfortable. I left feeling so relaxed after a 90 minute session. She uses the ashiatsu bar to evenly apply the perfect amount of pressure and did alot of good stretches all throughout my body to work out any kinks! I dont even know how she did it to be honest. I complained about sciatic pain and tight shoulders and neck but felt completely loose at the end of the session. I had never experienced it before but im so glad i did because it is a game changer!
