“I can not express the level of appreciation I have for this clinic.They guided me through a severely traumatic pet hospice and loss experience.Recently, they've gone above and beyond to ensure my newly diagnosed diabetic cat is receiving the care he needs, even going so far as to call me off the clock to ensure hes doing well and checking up on us. They've always been clear, gentle, and honest about the steps I've needed to take to get him back on a stable health path. He's doing great, btw.The doctors and techs that come out obviously care about and are passionate about animals. Each one has also shown nothing but excellent personal care towards the humans, explaining everything, going over options, demonstrating knowledge not only about their field but also the community. They're also affordable, and having an at-home vet option is so much better than taking my anxious boy or needy little lady to a clinic. It's less stressful for everyone. I can not sing their praises enough.“

“The staff are wonderful. My Mainecoon girl cat Bailey does not do good being packed in a Carrier and taken to the vet. they can never get a good exam on her. The Tobias team is Always able to give Bailey a thorough exam. They even will cut her nails for me. Everyone on their team is excellent and caring. I couldn't ask for a better vet for my cat.“

“We recently moved back to Newberry and used this vet. Our senior rescue corgi was seen in our previous neighborhood. We noticed she needed to get to a vet quickly and we were very surprised to learn she had a heart murmur that was never caught before. Under Dr at West End she has shown great improvement and we will continue to use this vet“

“I drove my sick guinea fowl from Fort McCoy to Robertson and it was worth it! The doc was SUPER knowledgeable about fowls and was quickly able to detect what was going on with her, get the diagnostic work done quickly and with reasonable pricing. I will be taking my dogs here as well. I feel like the doc addresses issues thoroughly, is transparent with the course of treatment, and potential outcomes while being very compassionate and kind. The whole staff made me and Lady Bird feel welcome and she got better within a week! If you have poultry birds that your local vet won't see, this is the place that will treat your bird with the same respect that they would a dog, cat or any other furry member of the family.“
“We were pleasantly surprised by our visit here. We had an emergency with our old dog on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I made an appt online and we were notified of everything via text. We arrived and got back immediately. Saw the vet and she explained the issue and treatment options. The techs were all very nice. Vet came back in and reassured me on the diagnosis/treatment. Got everything we needed done. Was a pleasant experience. Would go again.“

“I love this place personally. All of my cats come here. Loki, Lucky, Mac n Cheese and a very good friend of mine’s cat, Mr. Murder Mittens comes here. And I took a very long drive from Middleburg to bring Murder Mittens to them. They are also so helpful, give advise, suggestions, estimates, and do not pressure you at all. They give honest opinions. I don’t what’s up with some of these bad reviews, but this place is solid regardless of the pricing. You’re paying for awesome service for the fur babies. Like they say, you get what you pay for. And I’ve been very happy. Keep up the awesome job there!“

“We had to bring in our 9 week old pup when our cat scratched him on the eye. It was already late at night but they saw us as soon as we got in! Staff was really nice and friendly, despite the late hour. They were able to get him checked out and prescribe us medications for him within an hour. I'm so thankful that they are a 24 hour vet so he didn't have to wait until the next morning to get looked at!“
