Twice now they have taken me in last minute for a doggy emergency for senior dogs I've had. They've always been compassionate and reliable. Today I had to put down my older dog and when 3 other places turned me away as she was suffering, they took her in. I am so thankful for this office and the staff and vets.Update: The vets at this practice are second to none. The staff (all of them) are top quality. They are quick to greet. The techs remember my girl every time I bring her in. They take detailed notes. Dr. Marlene sits on the ground with my pup and goes over everything with me. I trust this office implicitly with all my dog's needs.

Very nice and clean clinic. No secret charges they tell you the estimates upfront and a choice of what to give to your animal. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 stats was strictly due to a bad first impression with one of the vet techs. I have a GSD/Husky pup (which can be a handful) and instead of encouragement and tips she essentially told me good luck because of her experiences and setting with her 7month GSD. It just felt unnecessary and added to my anxiety. Aside from that everyone else is nice and helpful. The vet there is also really nice and ypu can ask her and her staff any question with no judgement.

Great vet.Make sure you make appointments as it gets busy. They have a nice outside seating area and it's not too far from gainesville. The staff here continues to amaze me. They are always busy and always doing something yet they continue to show they love what they do and care for those animals. The one thing that has changed is ownership and because of it pricing has increased dramatically.
