From the start, Stephen was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what we only needed for our job, and he measured accordingly. He came out on a Thursday and the crew to do the work were out on Monday which is a plus in our book. All of the crew guys were very efficient, professional and nice. They worked hard, got the sod laid perfectly. They even went a little over and beyond by cutting straight lines in some sections. I guess so the sod would be in a straight line :) I want to give Stephen kudo's for his honesty when providing the quote for our project. I say this because we had another company come out and quoted us over 2 times the amount of Agriscape.... read full review
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Alana Johnson and the good folks at Agriscape Sod in Sarasota. I had dirt for a backyard and decided to try my hand at sod. They were easy to work with and delivered freshly cut (that day) sod within a few days of my order. Fair price, easly delivery, and the sod has responded beautifully. They have easy to follow post-install instructions. Would highly recommend. My tip: if you install yourself, get a machete for cutting the sod to fit uneven/small spaces...massive time saver!
The Agriscape owner was at my house within 24 hours after I called for an estimate. We had just had a new septic tank and drain field installed and the yard was a mess. The estimate wasn’t the cheapest I had received up till then, but after all the explanations and education I received, I quickly realized this is the company I wanted to use. A date was set ( within a week ), and when their team showed up, we had a whole new beautiful Provista St. Augustine lawn within a couple of hours. When finished, they cleaned up nicely and spent plenty of time telling me what I needed to do for the next couple of weeks to insure the grass survives and thrives.
