The checkout process is smooth, with kind staff manning the registers who help key in items without barcodes, like screws, washers, nuts, and bolts, and handle returns without giving customers a hard time. The store is dog friendly. Customers report being overall pleased and satisfied, with no bad experiences, and state they would return. The staff are described as great, helpful, competent, and compassionate, making visits easy.
Excellent carpet installation by Javier and partner. They arrived on time, and cleaned up every carpet fiber that was loose and left the two rooms spotless. And Susan M. who did installation coordinating, was exceptional in keeping me updated on my project. Also, Flooring Specialist Kayli A. was so very helpful and efficient as well. Thank you, Home Depot, for excellent customer service and beautiful new carpeting.
