Very disappointed in my spa experience during Aug.2025. We understood that the spa was under renovations but that they were still able to perform as usual. We saw nothing like what the pictures on the website depicted. It was basically like a hotel suite, very small lobby and tiny rooms, no lounging area. I had made a reservation for a body exfoliation and dry brush. It was only a dry brush to my arms front and back, not the entire arm like a sleeve,my back to waist, and legs to my knee, again only front and back not sides or the entire leg and only up to my knees. Since the room had no sink or running water I’m guessing they had to improvise. However they did not adjust the treatment price at all. We (my daughter and I) spent approximately $800+ on four treatments over two days that we’d reserved with our room. If they could not perform the treatment as necessary I wish they would have told us ahead of time. Our desired treatments will need to done at another spa. I no longer see this treatment being offered on their website.

Great spa experience overall! The services were excellent, and the setting was beautiful and relaxing. Just a heads-up: if you’re planning to use the amenities, they’re located at a different (but walkable) location. However, the shuttle is only available to overnight guests, which was a bit of a letdown. Aside from that small hiccup, we had a wonderful afternoon and would definitely return.

Went in end of April on a girl's trip. One word: Ramon! He is a phenomenal masseuse. Both myself and my friend were lucky get our massages by him. Thank me later

Had a great massage, but if you're looking for a high end experience, and amenities this isn't it. No pool, no steam room, hot tub, etc. Staff was very polite.

A group of 16 golfers stayed in the villas for a golf weekend. The staff at this place couldn't be nicer or more efficient. Tom and Kinnon as concierges worked with us to set up dinners which worked out great. They go above and beyond to take care of us. Denise (sp?) and Raydine (sp?) at the Falcon's Nest restaurant were amazingly helpful on a very busy night. They were super accommodating and friendly. We were all super impressed. Love this place and their staff.

I booked a lemon verbena body polish and it was fantastic 👏 nice water fountain in waiting area with an oriental garden to view while waiting for service along with infused water and sell products as well

Failure to uphold the ADA for disabled individuals, failure to uphold the amenities stated, discussions of guests within earshot and front desk staff being very new and dismissive. There are serious issues here and guests are being denied actually rights by law. I will be reporting this due to the mistreatment and denial of ADA to disabled individuals of veterans/other, treatment of women by the male staff inappropriate and unsafe. I would not travel here and stay here alone. Lack of security. I have everything documented, all names and witnesses. It is a shame and since I live close by it would have been a prime destination for myself and I am the travel agent of my family and friends since I worked at American Express for many many years in Lodging disputes. I know a lot of hotels and resorts, the good bad and ugly. There is more that is very concerning however I do not want to breech confidence that I told personally and cause them to get in trouble/fired. If people only knew. Yikes

I enjoyed the most amazing massage and facial at this spa today. From the greeting to check out, each person I encountered was warm, welcoming and attentive. The place is beautiful and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great experience for a good value. Full body couples massage with hot rocks and room after is the move for a relaxing morning. Steam shower before and relax in the meditation waiting space in your robes. No rush just relaxing.

I had a very soothing, kind of dreamy experience... getting a massage and a facial. I loved wearing the fluffy bathrobe and sitting outside in the garden and drinking tea. The massage therapist was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable with him and the facialist did a great job on my face! I loved the whole experience.
