Fantastic Services!! Fast and Professional. Had an emergency with a flood in my kitchen. Called the office explained my issue and customer service representative was very understanding and took care of me promptly was able to get service asap. From moment the rep got to my house i was very impressed, he even put boot covers before he walked into the house took care of the problem seamless cleaned up after job was done. I have been using Bay Plumbing for two years for a very old building that has many plumbing issues. They are courteous, on time, clean and I have never had a repair fail. They are a bit more expensive than companies I used in the past however, it is well worth the price for the service performed.
