Brad was highly recommended to do some AC work at my home. He came across knowledgeable, talked to me about servicing my unit vs buying a new one, and most importantly, he was honest. “You don’t buy a new car just because some of the parts went bad”. So thankful for the speedy service and reasonable pricing! My septic system was backed up during Easter weekend with family in town, rapid pro was available on short notice and saved the day before my yard turned into a smelly mess!

A few days ago, I realized I had a broken water pipe behind the toilet. I called Rapid Pro Services and John answered me. He asked me for a picture or a video of the problem. At the time he was on a job, but he could arrive at my place in a few hours. He took care of the problem right away. I recommend this company to anyone. Thanks John!!
