Universal Heating and Air was highly recommended to me by a previous customer who had similar work done. I was using a different company prior and they were just not working out for me. I have been very satisfied with Universal Heating and Air so far. I have spoken to several different people from office managers to HVAC techs that come out. Everyone has been awesome, helpful and kind. The communication with the company overall has been great and they are understanding, professional and friendly. They got to the bottom of my AC problem. I would highly recommend them!

I am really impressed with this company quality of service. The person on the phone (Brianna) was very nice and she did the most she could to send the AC technicians ASAP to solve my issue (the following day!). This company was sent by Pentair for warranty work on my heat pump for my pool. They came out and figured what was wrong. They went beyond expectations when they fixed the water sensor that was not working as well. This company was great.with following up, answering all my questions and completing the job effectively and efficiently. Tha k you for taking care of us.
