Our family has used Alpha Comfort Design for a few years now after being referred to them by a co-worker, following some negative experiences with other companies. We have never had a better experience with a company. Luke is honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. He explains everything well, treats your home like his own, and his pricing is very reasonable. A company, let’s call them Hank Gray, told me yesterday I need a new unit because my unit is operating with 50% R22 refrigerant, which is no longer available anywhere in the world. Also said they could not resolve the issue of my unit tripping. Got a second opinion from Alpha today. None of that was true!!! Getting a refund on the down payment I paid to Hank Grey, for a new unit I don’t need. 100% recommend Alpha and will use them when I do need a new unit!Services: HVAC system repair
