I was a little hesitant to come with the mixed reviews but so glad we did! My daughter has very thick, long hair. She asked for a layered/butterfly cut and they perfected it! Very happy with the results!! I wish I got her name but she was a shorter woman with glasses and silver/blonde hair. She was very sweet!
The haircut was fine, but the promised discount code did not appear on my phone when they said it would and consequently I paid full price. I’ve registered a complaint, but I have heard nothing back. Bad business practice.
