“I contacted Best restoration to get our carpet cleaned. They sent Carlos to do the cleaning. Carlos was on time, and very professional. He suggested cleaning the carpet with a rotary cleaning machine because of the stains and carpet pile was very dirty in some areas. He prevacuumed, sprayed a chemical cleaner, then cleaned the rooms as specified. Carlos did an excellent job, and the carpet never looked so good.
