“Our River house flooded with the hurricane and we had Best Restoration and Floor Care pressure wash our home from top to bottom and they did an outstanding job. They did a bunch of decks ,boathouse , docks driveways and fencing and our roof all looked outstanding once they finished. They also did a detailed cleaning of our downstairs which needed decontamination do to the flooding. They did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. “This was a great experience & I will be using again!!I called the person to discuss my appointment. The person I talked to on the phone explained pricing in detail & I thought the pricing was very reasonable and scheduled my appointment over the phone.They came to my house on time & for the service I needed, they were very efficient and thorough. My house & carpets smelled from my dogs and I told them this & they used special cleaners to not only get the scent OUT but also a nice scent to leave it with that didn't just cover up the smell (I waited until that initial scent wore off more & I smelled the carpets to write this review) - the smell of dog is still gone & I am SOOOO happy!!! I plan to use this service every few months to keep my house from smelling like our dogs.The payment was easy & I was able to use my credit card at my house but they took other forms of payment too.Also, I didn't get their name, but the person doing the work at my house was very professional & really kind! He did great work.I will definitely be recommending this service to others.“
