We have been coming to Windcrest for years using their services for wellness, emergency and boarding. They are fabulous and show care and compassion for our pets. When we boarded our dogs while on an overseas trip and one became critically ill they provided several updates a day on her condition. Melissa went so far as buying chicken and preparing for our girl to see if she would eat. they may be a little pricey for emergency care but you get what you pay for. We will keep coming back!
For emergencies, we have always trusted Windcrest with our animals. They are always clear with the bill, and kind in their veterinary care. We unfortunately had to make the decision to let our golden go this past weekend. It was unexpected, but the Dr was honest and compassionate. He made sure we knew what was happening, and that our wishes were respected. The staff was also incredibly caring and friendly. We will always trust Windcrest with our animals emergencies.
I have been coming to windcrest for years and everyone is always so wonderful, caring, smart and helpful!! I had such a great experience with Diamond yesterday- she gave a cytopoint injection and nail trim so efficiently that my little Chickie didn’t even flinch!!! So impressive/ thank you Diamond!!!
