Mio was amazing! First timer and she made me feel extremely comfortable. The spa is cozy and very clean! Some slight cramping which she was clear would likely happen during the process, just discomfort no pain. She takes care of you through and through. Also explained the process step by step clearly. I’ve been mulling over the idea of having colonic hydrotherapy done for about a year now. I’ve been experiencing frequent constipation due to medication and taking senna and doing oral cleanses weren’t enough. I stumbled across Vida a year ago but never booked. Flash forward to now, I took the plunge and booked. Mio was excellent to say the least. She was thorough with explaining the process, answering all of my questions, and was very empathetic and fun to be around. My first session was pain free and relaxing. My entire experience was Amazing. Mio is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process in a way that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The process is not painful at all! Mild cramping once or twice, that’s it! I felt so great afterwards. Lighter and more energized instantly! I will absolutely be back again! 10/10!!!!
