I went to Via for laser hair removal. Everything is clean and the salon looks nice, but I didn't find the service to be welcoming and kind. I didn't finish my out all my planned session of hair removal.

Don't waste your money, choose another groupon! I arrived early to my appointment only to find several other people waiting to be seen, I couldn't stay to wait past my scheduled appointment time due to being on my lunch break. I kindly asked to reschedule (SHE was the one running behind) and she informed me that the appointment would be deducted out of my Groupon even though I hadn't been seen. Completly unfair and untrustworthy merchant.

I am extremely disappointed in the service from this location. I purchased a groupon that expired a year after purchase. I called multiple times to set up an appointment and when I finally got a hold of the person here she was very sarcastic and said that I did not call or she would know because she is the only one that works there. My first appointment was fine though the glasses used for patience to put on were filthy, something most probably would not notice but considering I work with eyewear everyday it was gross. I made a second appointment before leaving. 6 weeks later the date approached and I called the day before because I had an emergency with work. I left a message on June 18th and asked to be called back to make an appointment. I called again a few days later but no answer. We are now 2 months later and I still have not heard back. I refuse to call back considering the sarcasm I was given around leaving a message the first time. $329 down the drain... awesome.

I have been seeing Terri at Via Medical Day Spa for almost two years now. She is wonderful and I truly enjoy seeing her each session. She is professional, very educational, and time efficient. She has shown that she truly cares about my results. I have never had a problem rescheduling an appointment and she was nothing but kind and understanding the couple of times I had to cancel last minute due to illness. I love Terri and Via!!

I agree with everyone else. These lasers are worthless. I have done it other places and it worked great. There was barely reduction and the woman was very rude.

Had a facial a couple weeks ago and my face still feels great! Terri recommeded some great products for me to use on my face at night and surprisingly they worked! Just scheduled my 2nd appointment for hair removal for my under arms too! Terri was such a sweet lady and I honestly cant wait to go back!

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a groupon and when I called the schedule my first session a rude woman answered the phone as if she was the medi spa and I had explained I purchased the Groupon and I'd like to schedule she cut me off and said this is an answering service, Terri is on vacation...at this point I'm a new customer and have no idea who Terri is, so I give her my phone number and Terri called me back a week later, I was at work so I sent the call to my voicemail, I called back and she seemed real annoyed I didn't answer her call. So fast forward I get scheduled the office is in and older looking building fine it's wilmington as long as it's clean I don't care. I fill out my paperwork she takes me back doesn't introduce herself and the room looked like it was a weird spa testing lab. I didn't get a clean vibe, there was a towel I used to drape over myself as she told me and it had wax on it and didn't look fresh. she didn't say a word to me other than it's going to feel cold and that I was done. Strange woman. I got dressed came out to schedule my second session she seemed annoyed I asked for a Saturday visit since the site says they have Saturday hours but they are actually closed. I then ask for for a the latest in the day she has and she offered me a 1 PM appointment when the website says they're open til 5? So the day before my appointment I find out I have to work late the next day so I call at 1230pm on monday to reschedule my 445 pm tuesday appointment the following day and I reach the voicemail so I leave leave a message to cancel my appointment and to call me back to reschedule, 8 days go by I still don't hear from her so I send an email and get a prompt response saying she didn't know I wanted a call back to reschedule, um did you listen to the message? And in the email she said she'd call me because the scheduler is down. What kind of office do you run? Two days go back hear nothing then it's the weekend fine I understand she's not open, Monday passes nothing so I sent groupon an email requesting a refund deducting 1 session $279/6 so without any questions I receive an email back stating they understand why I was upset and my groupon account has been credited the amount I requested which Is fine with me because I love groupon. Groupon said they've been reaching out to Terri. Why would you post a groupon if you are going to make your customers jump through hoops to schedule. Weird weird place and woman.

I wanted to provide some feedback on the awful experience that I had with Via Medical Spa. Thus far, five of the six sessions have been completed with almost negligible results. There has been less than 10% hair reduction, she might as well have been shining a flashlight on my underarms! She never asked about my hair reduction and never changed the laser setting. When this was brought to her attention she didn't seem to stand behind her services. In addition to the service being worthless, the customer service was appalling. The woman that runs the spa cancelled my appointment twice. The first time, her grandmother was hospitalized. I can sympathize with her situation and was accommodating with her request to reschedule, but when I tried to rebook, she was very difficult in accommodating my 4:15pm appointment time. The second time she cancelled because "it was going to snow". My appointment was scheduled for an hour after I received her call and there was not a single flake to be seen. During another session, she scolded me as if I were a child when I was 7 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic. The entire session takes approximately 3.5 minutes and her next appointment had not yet arrived. During another visit, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 mins but she did not seem to think that was an issue when the tables were turned and she was running late. This place doesn't deserve a star.
