Absolutely amazing and fantastic! I called frantic needing a last-minute appointment. I have gotten a haircut that same day that was absolutely hideous, it was awful, and I felt so ugly. I was able to get in and she literally made a miracle out of crap. My hair is cute, and I am so happy. Excellent customer service, and incredibly professional. She could have made disparaging remarks about the obvious, grossly poor quality of the haircut, but she did not. We worked together on what would look good and I walked out of there looking fantastic.
