I was shocked to learn that Stoney Batter Family Medicine allows random, untrained, passersby to walk in off the streets and start answering phones! At least, that's the impression I got after speaking with BRIDGET. I called from another provider's office to discuss a mutual patients medical needs and I have never, in my 10 years of working in health care, encountered someone so sanctimonious, inpatient, unprofessional and downright rude. I hope the upper management read this review and promptly escort BRIDGET to the nearest preschool so she can learn some manners.

Waste of time Dr. Barrett seemed to have a bad attitude, I have severe pain from an accident and was in a lot of pain, she did not recognize how much I was hurting and brushed off my concerns.
No need to discharge this was my first and last appt.
Most female doctors are unable to empathize!!

I was trying to schedule a appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist was terrible she kept on interrupting me and saying I don't understand you, I don't understand you have a heavy accent. To me that is very disrespectful and unprofessional

I give this practice 3 stars unfortunately because I had an issue that needed attention after hours, called once waited an hour, called again waited another hour, 3rd time now I'm writing this review 2 hours after initial call still no call back from on call, I am fortunate to have medical experience and no there is no need for the ER, but a call back answering a few very important questions within an hour isn't too much to ask for. That being said, Dr. G is absolutely amazing I would highly recommend her to anyone and will wait for her tomorrow morning!

My doctor, Dr G, is always thorough and she always takes her time answering any questions I may have. The rest of the nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. Great practice.

I LOVE SHERRI BROWN, IVE BEEN WITH HER FOR YEARS AND SHE HAS ALSO BEEN A GREAT LISTENING EAR AND ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY PROBLEMS ARE BEING HEARD. AS A BLACK WOMEN THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND FOR THAT I AM GREATFUL FOR HER. HOWEAVER THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONES ARE SO RUDE. I WORK IN CALL CENTER AND DO NOT HAVE THE TONE THEY DO. FIX THAT

I personally think the front staff and the nurse practitioners Holly Kalish and Sherrie Brown with Dr. Gunesakaren are wonderful. I never have to wait long to be seen and everyone is super friendly.

The receptionist was very rude with a very bad attitude when calling to get a prescription on 1/15/2024 she didn’t wait for me to complete my question, the second she heard me say prescription she cut me off and stated option 3. I tried before calling her back but she still cut me off the second time and said option 3 not listening to the entire reason for my call. Staff like her gives the place a bad reputation and doctors off staff should be caring not intimidating patients. she doesn’t need a job like that. Horrible receptionist

Dr. Prosseda is amazing, I’m 24 now and I’ve been with her since I was like 8. Front desk is much better, helpful, quick, and kind.
