I had requested Nikar. There was an elderly man after me and a guy who walked in with children. My name was called and I was then told to wait so he could clean his station. He comes back to register and tells everyone that they are first available and then takes the guy with the children. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD MANAGER would contact me.

I have been going to this location for over 3 years now and it is always a great experience. Typically I request Carly S, who makes every visit an enjoyable experience. She is honest and gives great advice on how to style my hair. The other stylists there are great and pleasant during my haircut. I will continue to go here for hair cuts and hair products.

Signed in online with a zero minute wait. Show up and both barbers were working on other customers. Barbers take their sweet time. I get skipped over for the person behind me even though we had both signed in and were both in the store. Only stayed because I had to get a haircut for a personal event. Horrible customer service. The chain has also increased their prices and gotten rid of email coupons. I'll be looking for a new barbershop.
