I absolutely adores Specs for less in Wilmington Delaware. Every is always so nice and helpful. Positive vibes entering the door every time. Great job guy's keep up the great job.
This location is within walking distance of my job. I have been here twice to get glasses fixed (the first time they were unable to fix them as I broke the arm off). The second time I went in was to get glasses adjusted. Not only were they able to help me, they were incredibly prompt, professional and extremely friendly. I cannot praise Saleemah enough for her customer service skills. She's great!
I walked to the Specs for Less on Market Street, Wilmington, DE during my lunch break to get a badly distorted pair of glasses repaired. I had no appointment but could not have been greeted and helped with better customer service if they tried. Saleemah is one of the friendliest, most helpful people I've ever had wait on me. She even offered to help me make an appointment to get my eyes examined because I am way overdue. I'd say that's above and beyond!! Thank you Saleemah!!!!
