It was a great experience. I expected negativety on service. Due to my last experience with another shop.I was wrong. The service, installation, and timely manner were on point. I just came from another system shop that sold me a dream and messed other things up on the truck. I chose Sound of tri-state as my second shop. I was met in the front by a polite young man who took care of me and answered all my questions and gave some advice on others. I made an appointment for installation. I still had my guard up. I just had the Kirkwood Hwy location install Momento M-7 dash cams in 2 of our cars. They did a great job. Giovanni was very helpful in making sure we knew how to operate them and helped set up the app. Will certainly be using them again.
