The recently added reviews highlight the excellent customer service, with one customer describing the experience as the "absolute best eye doctor" they have been to in 40 years. Another customer was pleased with the prompt, professional, and helpful staff. However, one customer had a disappointing experience, feeling dismissed when inquiring about a window tint exemption for their car. The customer's concerns were not addressed, and they felt the doctor's assumption of dishonesty was unnecessary. After reaching out to the practice, the customer was provided a complimentary eye exam at a different location, where they had a more positive experience.
I had such a great experience with Cassandra Moran, the Certified Optician at Simon Eye! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and really took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal. I was originally going to pay around $733 between my insurance and out-of-pocket costs, but Cassandra switched things around and was able to get my total down to only $380! I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to help me save money while still getting what I needed. Amazing customer service—thank you, Cassandra! ❤
