Arriving a little earlier than expected, the professional locksmith discussed the difficulty with my particular type of car's security and let me know there's often a valet key option at dealerships for little or no cost. My dealership no longer had the key on their system, so we agreed to give the technique pictured here a try, knowing the risk of breaking the window, but as you can see, no broken window, and I was able to get inside. Awesome! Very kind, fun to talk with, and so grateful for the help.

The representative was WONDERFUL!! He took no time to get my vehicle started he explained what he was doing explained the invoice and was just an absolute kindhearted person!! He is an asset to your company!
