The staff at the Concord Planet Fitness are the friendliest and kindest people. I visit different Planet Fitness's and these fine folks are my favorite. The greet you joyfully, actively listen, and really create a sense on belonging. ?☀️

As a Nomad, I’ve used many Planet Fitness gyms including in my hometown of Pa. I must say this gym by Giant in Concord De is by far, based on my experience today 11/28/2025, the cleanest and had the most friendliest & helpful staff. Not the fake friendly, but just down to earth genuine friendly & helpful. Even the locker room & showers were clean. What? Yep! They were clean yaw! I arrived around 5:30pm & left at almost 7pm. Justin & Emily were working the desk. ??❤️

Clean facilities with spacious machines and weight areas. The place seldom feels full. I've never wanted for a treadmill. The staff is always courteous and helpful paper towel machines all work are rarely out. Basically, it is a well thought out space that is well maintained by the staff and a great place to go be your best self with no judgment! Everybody there is very kind.
