Only shop the looked deeper into my coil/spark issues to find that i needed a valve adjustment. Other shops kept telling me i had bad spark plugs and taking my money. Its nice to find a honest shop that takes care of nicer customer cars.

Headed home with my wife from Annapolis back to the Philly area in one of my fleet trucks. Truck started shaking violently so I pulled off on the side of the highway. Called on demand automotive and he gave me the name of a reliable tow company and even though it was Sunday at 5 pm, he got to work on it right away. Parts weren’t available so I did have to come back the next day to pick it up but he was honest and transparent. Price even came in a few hundred less than he quoted! My truck was done the next morning and I was back to work in the afternoon!

The customer service, competence, and professionalism of this auto shop was refreshing. My boyfriend had a Honda that was stalling/misfiring due to a suspected spark plug issue. This shop had the earliest availability and Andrew was prompt, respectful and incredibly detailed throughout this entire process. We could not be happier with the service we received.
