I am glad I did not talk myself out of it. Like most people we are skeptical and somewhat nervous for something new. However, it was DEFINITELY a GREAT decision. I could not be more pleased with my results better than what I ever expected. I will say do not come to Tia with unrealistic expectations this is a process you must trust all the way through. You have to also understand it takes time to see results, and it also takes you putting in the work exercise, drinking water and follow her instructions THIS IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT FIX. Tia has been a miracle worker. She is kind, knowledgeable, and really listens to your needs and concerns to come up with a game plan to get you to where you want to be. She explains everything, including the fact that it is a process and it takes consistency to reach said goal. Paying separately for the consultation was well worth it, because that’s where you could see her knowledge and explain your vision to her and watch her work her magic. I thank her very much. I will definitely be a returning customer.
