The staff and Dr Mule are absolutely incredible, they've been taking care of our cats and dogs for years and have never missed a beat or an opportunity to go above and beyond

Took my cat for the first time for an exam prior to dental procedure. Dr. Mule was very nice and the exam went fine. Waiting for lab work before scheduling the dental.

I was helping a friend take care of his Chartreux Cat Miss Muffins who had fiv. The Doctor was good at helping me as far as medicine for her when the fiv flared up. The Doctor was also good at diagnosing her over the phone which was easier for me so all I would have to do sometimes is pick up her meds. It was hard to give her meds but the Doctor told me ways that could help which it did. Muffins would be sick & the Doctor would diagnosis her & shed be back to normal. She got fleas once due to a temporary caretaker & the Doctor helped me get rid of them within a month. The Doctor was steady paced with the visits so that made it easier too. The Receptionist was good at relaying messages to the Doctor & scheduling me based on Muffins needs & yearly physical. They were fast friendly & professional when I came in the Doctors Office. The Medical Assistants were good at making Muffins visit comfortable despite Muffins not being a people person. She was very nice with them & she was a tame Kitty anyways. The cost was affordable & the Doctor gave options. Muffins got gravely ill due to the fiv & the Doctor gave me options. The Doctor gave me time with Muffins before she was put to sleep. The help the Doctor Medical Assistants & Receptionists gave was appreciated. I was even sent a Sympathy Card which was really thoughtful. I appreciate all the help care & sympathy which im sure her Owner & Muffins did too.

Came in yesterday my cat for an ear infection and he ended up having 2 ear infections AND tapeworms. Definitely wasn't on my bingo card lol, but Dr Mule gave Rigby a shot & ear drops to take home and so far since we've been home my boy hasn't itched his ears once (he used to itch 24/7 to where he'd hurt himself and bleed from both ears) and has been able to hangout without his cone on!! Thank you so much!!
The rest of the staff was also super nice and the place was very clean

Very disappointed staff was very rude ,I took my healthy cat there for check up and teeth cleaning and vet told me she will have chronic ear infection but did not give me medication for it after he extracted several teeth ,and was not nice to both my pets treated my dog with a muzzle and was very inpersonable as if my dog is dirt and will bite him and he is the sweetest 2.5 pound pooch nice to every human and animal.
And staff puts you immediately on hold when you call as if it’s an emergency room.
Regret-ably I recommended few people because the price is fair but it’s tucked in a shopping center next to an alcohol bar and waiting room is always crowded unhappy staff and other people waiting with their pet.
