Kathleen was excellent and the wellness space itself was peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully appointed. The scope of service was focused on only what I expressed interest in, which I appreciated. The massage itself was well balanced and relaxing, very much as described. Very glad I found my way to Na and will look here first for my next treatment.
I just had "The Works" with Kathleen and can honestly say that I will be recommending this to everyone I know - and giving gift cards to my loved ones to have this done! When I arrived, I was starting to feel like I was in the beginning stages of a head cold. My head, jaw and sinuses were hurting a lot. I let Kathleen know, and she used some different oils during my massage that were supposed to help. Between that and her massaging all the pressure points in my head, the pain was gone within 10 or 15 minutes. The atmosphere of Na Holistic Wellness is predicated upon the genuine warmth and authenticity that embodies this space. This center is perfectly curated from the heart of the staff. I was fortunate to meet Colleen and Kathleen upon my visit. Colleen who holds a deep seated passion for her craft of Somatic therapy and Vagus Nerve work. Whom, I hope to reconnect with sometime again for one of her workshops. Definitely check the site for her upcoming workshops.
