I found Mind Body Spirit Healing Room at a time in my life when I was desperately seeking answers. Not only did I find peace, serenity, & a path but I also found a true forever friend in Ann-Marie. She has a way of putting your worries to rest & you just know that everything is going to work out the way it's supposed to.
I recently attended the “Love in all Forms” meditation/sound bath event and it was even better than I had anticipated. Ann-Marie ensured that everyone felt welcomed, safe, and free to relax so that we could allow the meditation and sound bath to be a fully immersive experience. Ann-Marie also provided us each with our very own love affirmations as well as read an oracle card for us. Over all, this was a great event and I can’t wait to attend future events Ann-Marie faculties.
I love going to Mind Body Spirit! I have been to a couple of the New Moon and Full Moon meditations, and they've always been such a great experience. I also took a Tarot Card reading class, which really opened me up to new experiences. Ann-Marie makes everything feel welcoming and fun, and I always leave feeling inspired. Highly recommend if you want to explore meditation, tarot, and just connect with your spiritual side!
