Ms. Jessup assistant Marie is rude and unprofessional. She sends emails with invoices attached with no explanation of what they're for. She also doesn't use any greeting, i.e., Ms., Mrs. I am now paying exorbitant late fees on taxes due to the shabby accounting. They did not file my taxes because a $150 payment wasn't received. They never called to tell me and when I emailed to ask status on my taxes I received no response. Very rude and unprofessional.
