Our unit wasn’t blowing any hot air! Jon the Tech came out and found the issue immediately! Explained everything to me in terms that I understood! Yall need to sign up for Horizon!!

They answered their own phones when we called on a Saturday with an issue and had someone come out the next day on a Sunday. They were helpful with information and what to do next. Darian Graves is the technician who came. He was polite, professional and kind!

Called Horizon last night about a plumbing issue. They scheduled a visit for today. They called when the technician was on his wax and emailed me his name, picture and tracking so I would know exactly who was coming. Kevin arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the estimate which I approved. He was able to get everything fixed and working again in a jiffy. Did a great job and explained exactly what he had done. He was very informative and friendly. My daughter uses them all the time which is why I called, and will not hesitate to call again. They are great to work with.

They notify you the day before service and prior to the tech’s arrival. They are on time, identify themselves, keep you aware of what is happening and create minimum disruption. Polite and professional.
